Let love come back to the world

A few days ago an other sad day for France and the whole world.
Pray for Nice, for the whole world and let love come back instead of hate.
I wrote a song back in 2001 after the terrible terror act in New York.
A friend of my Ron Schmenck from California, put it on music.
Here the link to You Tube https://youtu.be/ncNfTdDetrU

So here it is

Songs of freedom
everywhere
songs of love
do we care
songs of hate
why are they there
we don’t need
this anywhere
Give me Your hand
lets understand
the hurting pain
from a different land
maybe soon
we will know
there is one heaven
where we all go.

So try it here
for childrens sake
on this planet
is it too late?
as long as we hate
there will be
no freedom.

Sing songs of love
and not of hate
lets hope
it is not to late
we all want to live
on this planet
with songs of freedom
with songs of freedom
with songs of freedom

Ron Schmenck schreef de muziek hierbij.   Erg mooi.

gedachten springen rond
van vreugde naar verdriet
ouder worden
is zo gemakkelijk
nog niet

Okay I give it a try in english

I do this I do that
I'm in the room
then in the bath
what was I doing
I don't know what
was it important
or maybe not
thoughts jump around
from joy to sadness
no to get old
is not so easy at all

Well that is not a correct translation But You will understand what I mean by this.

Still, the bare earth (poem)

Today while I was walking on the golfcourse I wrote this poem and made a little doodle of a tree.

Still, the bare earth
buried under dried leaves and branches of the autumn. Here and there a clearing of a felled tree, which could no longer exist.I walk, listening to the stories of the wind, sometimes soft or loud cheering by high pine trees, they tell me that the spring is soon to come.

With a little help of photoshop elements. Stormy weather
This is more a prose and not a poem,  because it does not rhyme, it is probably a little better in Dutch, but You got the meaning of it.
So here the original, in dutch.

Stil ligt de naakte aarde
bedolven onder
gedroogde bladeren
en takken van het najaar
Hier en daar een open plek
van een gevelde boom
die niet langer mocht bestaan
Ik loop, luisterend
naar de verhalen
van de wind
soms zacht
dan hard juichend
door de hoge dennebomen
ze vertellen me
dat het voorjaar
nu snel zal komen
