Yesterday I watched
Lieslmade, she has a blog about sewing, quilting but also a food blog real good and I thought, Hey I can do that. I started a scrapbook about recipes in 1965, at that time I did not even know it was scrapbooking. When I met my husband in 1963, I was not able to cook at all, an egg was all I could do. At home with my parents, I did not have the time to learn something about cooking, I was at ballet scool and later on I studied at the Artist scool in Amsterdam. But one day Dieter invited some friends to come to our Pension where we lived. And Oh I tried my best to make something special with cheese. That was a disaster, the cheese was soooo hard. I had to apologise.

Recipes book started 0n the 9th of august 1965 Living Everywere, how nice.
From that day on I knew I had to do something about it and started to collect recipes. Many artist gave me some good ideas and I glued everything in my first Recipes book.
One recipe on this site: Sangria
1 unsprayed Lemon and 1 Orange, peel thick. The shell can be the end of the fruit.
Put the fruit in the Glass Bowl, the end of the fruit can hung over the edge.
Add 2 bottles of dark red wine to the bowl. Disolve 100 grams of sugar in it.
Seal the Bowl with a lid and pull up to 24 hours. Just before serving, fill up with 2 bottles of mineral water.
This site is all about good food to eat when it is real hot. That means in Holland and Germany like 30 Censius!
